Let's start with the bad: The actual screw which holds the device was too short and feels very unsafe. I can't stress enough how dumb this is, as it is the only part which actually secures your tv.
I couldn't use the screw in my kit, because it kept falling out. My solution, I took the screw to a local utility store and asked for something longer, which fixed my problem. The tv is now hanging in place and it feels safe. Just to be sure, I added rip-ties for extra security. Please do not risk ruining your tv: if it feels unsafe, it probably is, go to your utility store.
The medium: Building it is easy enough. Adding numbers to the bags of screws so the correlate with the manual would be a big help though.
The good: When it's build it looks great, it does what it needs to do and is easy transportable. This device has upgraded my setup and viewing pleasure.
Conclusion: For €60,- bucks, it's an ok price for value, but expect things to be off. If you want complete peace of mind, go for another more expensive set.
Tip for the manufacturer: As an extra security measure, add some rubber rings to create friction between the shackle and the pole. This can limit impact in a worst case scenario of the tv coming down.
