Based on my 1 year usage-
1. Best battery - forget about charging for weeks
2. Premium looking
3. Premium interface and software
4. Lot of features with accuracy (available in other low cost watches as well but not with that premium feeling and accuracy)
5. Notify for call. And for msgs, you can respond too in short.
6. Very sturdy
For me, this qualifies all points I look in a smartwatch.
