I was using gear s3 frontier since 2.5 Years and wanted an upgrade. I considered watch active 2, but just because watch 4 switched to wear os, 16GB memory and a better processor decided to get this one.
The experience has been largely similar to my gear s3 despite this being a wear os watch. UI is more or less the same, battery back up is also similar. Playstore hasn't made a huge difference in the sense that it doesn't offer drastically more usable / quality / sensible apps than galaxy store. Hope this will improve in future. The app options are nowhere near apple watch. Apple watch has more usable companion apps like amazon music, swiggy, myagte etc whereas galaxy watch doesn't have many options. Hope choosing wearos over tizen paying more money will pay dividends over time.
4.0 out of 5 stars
It's just another galaxy watch with a google play store for appstore
