I have purchased this mobile & amzon delivered it on 22.08.2023. As per policy replacement date is on 29.08.2023 means within 7 days but my mobile is suddenly dead on 31.08.2023 at 7 am exact completion of 7 days replacement policy. When I went to Samsung service centre, they refused to replace my phone "due to purchased from Amazon". They told if I purchased this mobile through samsung retail store or samsung website then they have 14 days replacement policy.
They told me phone is dead due to mother board problem. How disgusting it is...
This is new phone, I have not used this phone proper in 8 days & on 9 th day it is dead. Totally bad experience & it harassed me & my family
Amazon has tobe taken some serious steps towards this & replace my phone. Now it is in service centre they are repairing but It is not feeling of use of new phone. Its feeling of use of repaired phone. Totally bad. My money waste.
