Got this watch from OnePlus store. Well packed inside a premium box. Charger is OK. Cable is of good quality. The watch itself is hefty. Large size and heavy. And thick! Looks really premium with all the sapphire glass and the steel and the shape and the buttons. So far so good. Looks 8 out of 10.
Unfortunately that is where this watch stops. I don't know how many paid reviews are here, but it does not take a watch expert to realise this is a useless watch. I have used Honor band 4 and 5 and then Amazfit TRex 2 and the latest Honor Choice. This watch is nothing compared to the TRex 2. In fact even the Honor Choice beats it in some aspects. Battery life is poor despite One Plus claims. Haptics are very bad. Difficult to feel the vibration on wrist. Workouts are few and customisation is not useful. There is no INTERVAL TRAINING in any sport mode. HR is a hit or miss. So is sleep tracking. Overall it seems OnePlus has just given the market a nice looking but thick and heavy under performing watch. Phone app is not upto the mark. Buy at your own disappointment. I sold it off after 1 week of use as I could not bear to look at it anymore.
