On opening the product,it's display is out of function.I have not expected such poor and defective product from Amazon.As suggested by u I have contacted the Nokia people duly submitting all d required material,in return they expressed inability with a suggestion to coordinate with point of sale.At this stage I have already intimated through email on 24th Feb,but response is awaited.
