It's not T-Mobile locked, misleading title for this item
I am a Tmobile subscriber and wanted to replace my phone which is starting to have issues. I ordered this phone because it is supposed to be Tmobile locked which is ok when I am T-mobile customer. The phone looks like new however after loading SIM and powering this phone up, it works for few minutes and then unable to make calls due to it being unable to register with Tmobile carrier. The phone shows message to call verizon (pic attached) as is locked by Verizon which I don't have account with and I'm not sure what can be done at this point beside returning it back. Since it will work on T-mobile network. I will have to return it and this time I'll be buying an unlocked phone so this kind of time waste does not happen.

So glad I bought this phone. I am on a budget, and can't afford a $900 phone. This 2 year old renewed phone works like new. Quick setup from Samsung A11 to the flagship Samsung S 21. This phone is a gift and has not been turned on yet, so my current review is regarding the physical appearance. I ordered a phone in the condition “like new”. I tend to be renewed electronics for myself and family almost exclusively because I like the lower price and usually receive the items in perfect condition. This phone had many visible scratches on the back and even some dirt//dust on the frame. To me, this is not “like new”. I was disappointed to see these very obvious imperfections. A scratch here or there would be understandable, but for this many scratches, I wouldn’t pay for “like new” condition. I hope other reviews are true and the phone does end up working well.
