I got this phone and it looked brand new transferred everything over to this phone and then I started noticing the screen kept blacking out and if I was reading something, it would just close out and go to a different page so I requested to return it which was nice. They gave me a return. Thank God unfortunately the return is difficult. Only came once said they’d return. I told him I was waiting for another phone that should be arriving that day. UPS return. I still have the phone and I’m over $900 taking it to UPS and they won’t take it. I don’t have to deal with it , so be careful when you’re ordering something refurbished
