I bought this phone for my teenage daughter from the seller Hybrid IT. The first phone we received looked brand new with 93% battery capacity. Unfortunately, it didn't hold charge for more than a couple of hours with very light use. I contacted the seller, the response was within just a few minutes. I don't think I've ever received such a fast reponse before. The seller helped me sort it out, replaced the phone very efficiently. Now my daughter is happy with her phone and i am grateful to the seller. Highly recommend the phone and the seller.
