The ingredients list (weirdly translated as "Element") does not show any silicone-based ingredients. I bought the product specifically because the description on the site says it's silicone gel, but it's not. Silicone is what makes scar gel most effective. I'm returning this and getting silicone gel sheets instead.

By the way, "Nitrosin" is not commonly known or recognized in the context of skincare. It could be a misspelling, and it's meant to be "Nitrosamine," these are contaminants that can form in products and are of concern due to their potential carcinogenicity.

Methylparaben: Parabens are used as preservatives, but there are concerns about their potential estrogenic activity and their presence in breast tumors, potentially carcinogenic.
