Phone charger is meant for Europe markets. Adapter they include is loose and is a potential fire hazard. Would replace asap. Other than that... It's a decent mid range phone. BUNCH of bloatware I suggest uninstalling majority of the stuff they include on there. Especially if you need to crack your phone in order to do it.
