I had to return a brand new version of this phone as it was designed for Japanese networks as opposed to US networks. I purchased this refurbished model and I can't tell the difference between it and the brand new phone I had! Except this phone is roughly $300 cheaper and works as expected in the US. Excellent product, excellent merchant!
