Filing a claim doesn't work, calling customer service results in them telling me they've filed claims but those claims going into a black hole.

I've had a broken phone 3 weeks now, I thought purchasing this plan would have been helpful not a hindrance. With asurion's acquisition of UBreakIFix I assumed they've improved, but they're still a giant con job that makes it near impossible to get service from them.
