Screen has quite a few scratches

The phone was in good condition overall, but upon closer inspection, I noticed a few scratches on the screen. The scratches are tangible when touched, most probably the phone may have been dropped, caused the damage. I gift the phone to my sister overseas, but she opted not to return it to me. Likely, she will need to replace the screen. Very disappointed for this purchase.
