This is my 3rd renewed phone purchased from Amazon. This first time using this vendor. Phone was like it was new from the factory. All the attachments in box like it was from the factory. Even Verizon rep asked if it was new when I took it in to be activated. This is why the vendor had a perfect 5 stars in their review.
