I've researched phones for a while and the specific thing I was looking for was a good antenna! Those that tested this phone got it right for sure. I get the best reception I've ever got with this phone and it works great! It also works with my Verizon for those not pulling the trigger on this because of that. I noticed no one has answered that question so there you go! As for it being refurbished, I couldn't tell it wasn't new honestly!
