The shirt is as pictured. I sized up (large) to ensure it was flowy and did not hug my mid section but the shirt fits more like I ordered my true size (medium). In that regard, I would recommend sizing up. I like the texture of the black ribbed style. I do wish the sleeves were a little looser as they hug my arms which is not flattering on my body type. Good quality for the price point. It is definitely versatile and you can easily dress this is to be business casual or use as an everyday shirt. It is very light weight.
