    I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 plus Amazon renewed. The shipping was very quick and it arrived in secure packaging. The phone was unlocked and I switched it over to my network within minutes. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it's a great phone. The only downside is the renewed phones are described as being in "excellent" condition. I dont expect a new phone but the screen has 5 deeper scratches that are very noticeable especially when light hits them. I attached the image of the one that is most noticeable during regular use. Also scratches are hard to take a picture of. The price was hard to beat over buying the phone brand new.

    As the headline says, after five weeks of use the phone is no longer able to stay on. I've plugged it in and it'll charge to 100% but after 3 seconds of it turning on and unlocking the screen it turns off, even when plugged in. The phone had other minor issues such as:
    1. Dust in camera lens
    2. Minor scratches.
    3. Freezes or closes out apps once in a while.

    Other than that it was a great product, but seeing as it's virtually useless now I can't give it more than 1 star. In addition, I've written to customer support and received no response. If they contact me and provide me with support I'll update my review.
