The phone came in a white box with a cheap charger (not original). The body and screen look perfect as new. One flaw is that the phone came locked to T-Mobile but I unlocked it through the "unlock permanently" tool in settings and it worked fine with other sims. It still shows T-Mobile splash screen during start-up (I don't mind it), and has a T-Mobile app installed (force stop hid it from me, you can't uninstall it apparently).
The seller is very responsive and offered replacement with another unlocked phone, but I'm really happy with the perfect body and wouldn't risk getting another phone that might have some scratches.
The phone itself is really good except for a not-so-great battery life. I am hoping it will improve though.
Given that it saved 300$, I am happy!
