    I am absolutely livid. I received the S21 ultra today after much anticipation and although it was in pristine condition the camera, the feature I was most excited about refuses it work. I have done every update, diagnostic test, settings reset, data reset, cache wipe you name it under the sun and it still will not function. Obviously the camera is what makes this a flagship phone. On all diagnostics or 3rd party apps the cameras work it is application itself that cannot seem to function. I have spent hours attempting to troubleshoot this to no avail. Proceed with caution when ordering.

    Edit: I contacted the seller and they were very curtious and offered a replacement phone. This raises my overall review as despite cracking with occurred during shipping which I previously left unmentioned as this is not the refurbished fault they agreed to a replacement ASAP :)
