The Verizon phone connected to the Verizon network using my old SMS card with out any problems. I used the charger and cord I already had from my old phone. The charger shipped with the slightly used, renewed phone was a generic brand and extremely slow charging. I HIGHLY recommend this shipper.

This phone took 24 hours to charge and then would not hold a charge longer than 2-3 hours and then it would take another 8-10 hours to recharge again. I asked the seller for a refund after unsuccessfully trying to deal with the seller “Synergy” I was sent a return label to print and return the phone. I returned the phone via FedEx ground service, which cost me $21. because seller did not send me a postage paid return label and it was returned to me a week later being deemed undeliverable because the address on label provided to me was listed as “incorrect” by FedEx. I received the phone initially on July 7th. It is now July 30th and I am still waiting for a refund.

When I think of this particular purchase, I had the money or the credit rather with Amazon and utilized it, despite a multitude of attempts, the temporary cancellation or a ledge cancellation of my entire account, with a multi $100 gift card available balance credit, but we won't go there. I attempted to buy this exact same model phone in two or three different colors, two or three different models, and a succession of about 4 to 6 weeks. It was Christmas when I originally started trying to get this phone, and it was after King holiday by the time I got it. The phone came locked. I had to pay nearly $200, with an unlocking website, just to realize I still want another one, because this does not have the stylus or anything. I really bought it because of the fact that it was the color and I wanted a Samsung at the time. Amazon can take the longest walk off the shortest cliff on the hottest day when the planet explodes or is consumed by the sun in five billion years. Go Samsung!
