Bought this to replace my S10, It's just a little bit bigger than the s10. the description says - Product will come with a SIM removal tool. No removal tool was included, so I had to use a paper clip instead. No instructions were included, so its a good thing I have an easy time figuring out how to install and transfer everything. No face protector was previously installed, so I had ordered a tempered glass face protector and that install went well. All in All, happy with the slight upgrade. No contract renewal necessary, which is why I purchased a used cell. This phone came in perfect condition, no scratches, nothing.. Brand new.
