I'm only returning it because ps4 doesn't play ps3 games and I have mainly all ps3 games and found a ps3 cheaper so I bought it instead. Other than that I would recommend this console for anyone looking for a ps4.

Summary until i get a power cord: Overall the console is very clean, and packaged nicely with no damage done to the console or controller. Slight signs of wear on the console and controller, but only if you are looking for them and a reason to be upset. Questionable quality control but the best customer service I have ever gotten and I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

Console and controller seem to be in good condition, no dirt or finger prints, but I got 2 HDMI cables, a super cheap micro USB cable to charge the controller, and no power cable for the console. I contacted the seller immediately to try to get a replacement power cord, and I will update later.

Seller responded quickly with a partial refund and a power cord is on the way

Found out the power cord was actually sent to PA and not MN, contacted the seller immediately, he responded the next day with another power cord shipment, and 2 bonus games. I will update again once the package arrives.

Power cord and games arrived on the 19th, and I have given the console a few days to analyze the performance and such. As expected the power cord that was finally sent to me works perfectly, the games look to be in good condition although they are not really games I would play. No matter, I appreciate the seller for compensation for the issues and will likely try the games sometime soon since I have them, no point in wasting them.

Performance wise, the console has a few lag spikes when playing god of war 2018, but I counted 2 in the 4 days I have been playing. As my friends warned me about, the ps4 fan is extremely loud, but I have noise canceling headphones for that. On the topic of headphones, the audio cuts out sometimes when useing the aux port on the controller, it hasn't the few times I was just using my TV speakers. It's not often enough or long enough to impact my game at all, just something to note. Overall, 9/10 experience, probably should have gone with the ps4 pro, but its alright.

The console will not stay connected to the controllers (yes I've already done ALL of the troubleshooting I could find) I messed with it for almost 3 hours and could not get it to function properly. If I unplug the entire console I can make the controller stay connected for about 5 minutes after that I have to unplug it again. It also randomly stops downloading any applications that are in process. Will never buy another refurbished item again...

The ps4 works fine, it needed a good cleaning but otherwise is great. The controller on the other hand, was disgusting. Most of the buttons had a sticky, dirty residue on them and there was dirt in all the crevices, even the charging port. Also, I just remembered that it didn't come with a charger for the controller. Anyway, after I cleaned it all up and charged it with a friend's borrowed charger, it barely even works. Some of the buttons don't work, when you aim with r2 it moves you backwards or forward, and it loses charge quicker than it's supposed to. The ps4 works fine, the controller doesn't, if your planning on getting this, purchase a controller from somewhere else as well.
