I love this product! Just received it yesterday and have found it to have an intuitive interface and it is user-friendly. The instructions are well-written and precise, but do follow them. I got excited and jumped right in and of course realized there are instructions for a reason. These digital frames have been around for awhile and there are many models from which to choose. The frame is nice looking, neutral in color and can sit on a counter, mantel or side table and not be obtrusive. I like that it is a plug-in and not battery operated. I did not like that some of the other digital frames offered required a thumb drive or usb to upload photos. There are many settings from which to choose to program this digital frame just as you'd like from the touch screen. I do wish the frame technology interfaced with my MAC for easy transfer of photos, but it is currently configured to interface with Windows only. Until that capability is offered, I have easily air dropped the photos from my MAC to my phone. Selecting photos to upload from your phone is seamless from their free app called 'OurPhoto'. The reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is that the screen protector that includes the initial set up instructions left adhesive on the screen when I removed it (see photo). The only way I could remove it was by rubbing over and over with my fingers. It was rather time-consuming and there were tiny flecks of adhesive that were difficult to remove--eventually I removed all of it. I suspect that even though the packaging of the product was excellent and insulated, the heat from sitting in the UPS truck melted the adhesive to the screen. The manufacturer should rectify this issue and use a screensaver like those available for phones. I bought 2-more of these frames to give as gifts and it bums me out that my family will have the same issue. Finally, please note that there is a FREE 2-year warranty included in the box (see photo) that was not mentioned in the description. You just have to activate it. Unfortunately for me, I purchased the 3-year warranty for all 3 of my digital frames. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased the warranties. All-in-all, we are loving this product and since family members can't see each other often, we will all enjoy sharing photos with one another.

I submitted my claim and it was hassle free. I wish I did not have to print items out, in this day and age it leaves me having to go to the UPS Store and pay but that is my only complaint. Smooth process.

I took out insurance for my smart watch. It crashed during use. I informed the insurance provider about my concerns where I was then given a series of easy to follow instructions to follow. My item was declared irreparable but I received a total refund for my item. Thanks again!

The Asurion insurance was mistakenly assigned to a different item I ordered that same day I ordered the Fitbit smartwatch. When I contacted Asurion two years later, a customer service representative fixed that problem very efficiently; now I have received my Fitbit back, which has been fixed, and it works great—well worth the money expended on the insurance.

It could not have been easier to submit a claim, return the broken item, and receive the gift card for said item. Just a few simple steps on the website and it’s done! I highly recommend buying a protection plan through Asurion!

I've used Asurion several times now for electronic devices - especially these smart watches for the kids. Getting a hold of someone can sometimes take a little while, but they almost always find a good solution. They have fixed several watches and when unfixable, either replace or refund the purchase price. Excellent insurance for portable electronics.

If you ever need to send something in to be repaired, only include the item in question. I sent in my headset because the earcup connection cracked.

I sent in everything that came with the headset because I was afraid it would take a ton of time to get into their repair facility, only for them to say "you didn't include a crucial part, refund/repair denied".

So, my headset came back after a while in their shop, and it didn't include the box that it came in, it was just a bag with my headset and the cords that were with it. BUT this is a wireless headset here, and the bag was missing the wireless dongle that is REQUIRED to use it without plugging a cord into your device.

Now, I tried to be nice, I asked their customer support if they may have forgotten to put it into the package, and they said they'd get back to me, asked if my phone number was how they could get back to me.

So, I waited nearly a week for any response, nothing, so I asked their customer support again, and apparently, they *claim* there was no part they didn't send back. I know for a fact I sent everything in, and this is where I knew they were telling me prewritten lines, because they weren't trying to be any sort of helpful anymore, just trying to push me off to get to the next thousand complaints they have to sort through.

Guess I'll have to buy a replacement part to use what they fixed for me, even if they probably just left the part in the box and threw out the box so they could say they didn't have it anymore. I'm just lucky that the manufacturer still makes replacements for this, otherwise I'd not be able to use my product fully. Sad that I had to learn a -$30 lesson to realize to NEVER send anything in for repairs besides what's covered.

They repaired my ear buds, but sent back the wrong ear tips/pads. I just purchased more ear tips on Amazon. Other than that, great service.

My Fitbit had stopped turning so I submitted a claim and sent in my Fitbit. I received text messages and emails about the repair all throughout the process. After a few days of trying to repair it I was informed that it couldn't be fixed. I was sent an Amazon gift card for the cost of the Fitbit. Such a great warranty! Great customer service and great communication! The Asurion Protection is worthy every cent!
