I had an inkling that my pervious chair was causing some back discomfort. While I don't work from home, I do sit at my desk for long period of time on the weekends. I specifically wanted a chair that had some adjustable lumbar support, mild padding, and had fold up arms to be able to tuck it away in our small space.

The lumbar support is adjustable and what I was looking for! ✅

The padding does leave something to be desired. 🟨
I wanted support, but not rock hard; which is honestly what I got when I first got it. After 7 months of frequent use, the padding has definitely lost its heft and it's not suuuper comfortable to sit on for long periods anymore. I'd blame this on the price point- a more expensive chair would likely have a higher quality, longer lasting seat cushion. This can also be remedied by buying an aftermarket cushion (I'm currently pricing some out because the chair is still great in all other aspects.)

The arms fold up perfectly, they're not flimsy and they don't fall down on their own. ✅

One of the other big things was I needed a chair that was on the shorter side at its lowest point. I'm short, my desk is short, and lots of chairs are just too tall at their lowest. So that's a plus ✅

Overall it gets 5 stars for the price point and what you're actually getting for the lower price. It gets the job done; it's relatively comfortable, easy to put together, lightweight, and it rolls nicely. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the very nice office chair. It meets all of my criteria at an affordable price. I like that it has arms, but that they fold up so I don’t have to worry about them fitting under my desk. I’m also looking forward to the cooler mesh back in the summer. Plus, the faux leather seat is much more dog hair friendly than fabric. This chair with its white stitching around the seat is attractive, comfortable and totally adjustable. It was easy to assemble by myself. You will definitely want to watch to assembly video, though. The paper instructions aren’t terribly clear, but the video shows the assembly process step by step so no worries!

Like many people who formerly worked in an office, I started working remotely in March 2020. My company was going through a merger at the time and we closed down an office so I was able to take home a VERY high-quality chair.

I continued working for that company full-time until last summer but stayed in a part-time capacity in order to help with the transition. I recently ended that and offered to return the chair and my computer equipment. I didn't think they'd want it back since they had moved again in the meantime.

I had to desperately find a replacement quickly. I had bought cheap office chairs before and knew those would not be an option. I spend all day in my office so it had to be as close to the commercial quality level as I could get without costing anything like the commercial ones do.

This chair had better reviews than most and was reasonably priced so I gave it a shot. Delivery was fast. I was able to assemble it easily and have used it for a couple of weeks now.

The seat is comfortable. I'm a fairly large dude (235 lb) so airline seats can be uncomfortable. This chair's seat is plenty wide. I also like that the arms fold up so I can push the chair under the desk when I'm not using it.

It does lean back - but not as far as what I was used to with the commercial office chair.

The biggest reason I didn't give it five stars - it doesn't seem possible to adjust it nearly as well as the higher-end chairs. It goes up and down and there's a manual sliding lumbar support. I always feel like I'm leaning forward a tad and can't find a way to adjust that.

Overall - I'd recommend it compared to cheaper chairs but if you can afford it - buy a more expensive one to get more comfort and more adjustability.

The seat padding is great and the front edge is comfortable and does not put too much pressure on the back of my legs. Also the material is comfortable and breathable. And one of the most important things to me and hard to find in my chairs are arms that are comfortable when down and out of the way when up (as they are in the pic). This one works great. I wish the back had a little more adjustment (lean forward/backward). It's in the right position for me, so I don't worry about it. Overall a great chair and very well priced. Highly recommended.
