*** I would like to provide a little update. I reached out to Instant, after realizing my unit may be under warranty, even though it is past the amazon return window. After a couple of emails back and forth Instant is sending me a brand new air fryer. Hopefully this one will be updated and not spit the basket out like the previous model. We have had nothing but good experiences with it, besides that one flaw.***I would love to give it a great review, but there is an inherent design flaw.The cooking basket has a tendency to randomly eject. I see dozens of reviews now, that point it out, but didn’t see them before purchasing.Within a week of having the air fryer, it ejected the basket, and due to the design, it slid all the way off the counter onto the floor, breaking the handle.After another ejection, it cracked the handle again. Now it barely catches when you insert the basket, so we have to watch it as we are cooking.The food tastes great, the unit is easy to clean, and very user friendly. It would be a solid 4-5 stars if it wasn’t for the ejection issue.It’s to the point now, where we will just purchase another brand, unless the company responds to our inquiries.I will update the review if customer service reaches out.

I'm very late to the air fryer game. I didn't think I needed one (I probably don't lol) but I use it ALL the time now.

Like many others said - it has a strong plastic smell out of the box but, knowing this, I opened it out on my deck and let it air out there for a few hours.

I haven't really seen another air fryer in action but as far as I can say - this is quieter than expected, easy to clean and does a great job.

There are a lot of presets and follows the same basic interface as most Instant Pot products so it was easy for me to pick up on quickly. I don't use most of them and it's easy enough to adjust both time and temp.

The basket is a really good size so you can fit a decent amount of food in there and it's super easy to clean.

I'm really happy with my purchase.

Well I was nervous about using this, after so many videos on air-fryers catching fire or blowing up - but so far so good! Really simple to use, mid-sized kids can use it & lots of safety features like timers are helpful.

I did a lot of research when trying to figure out what medium/large size stylish air fryer I wanted. I love the sleekness, simplicity, size, and ease of cleaning. There are rubber stops on the air fryer tray so that you're able to dump out the food without the tray dumping out as well. It has a non-stick cleaning and there are minimal parts so it only takes about 30 seconds to clean. My only complaint would be the smell and I could also taste it on my food for a few uses. It has this new rubber smell that doesn't go away for awhile. I looked at others reviews and tried to figure out how to get rid of the smell. I did find that the more I used it the more the smell went away. It wasn't the most settling feeling being able to taste the smell on the food. It is really nice looking and heats up very quick. If there wasn't the rubber smell I would be screaming from the rooftops recommending this product to everyone.

I first got this air fryer 5+ yrs ago and use it almost daily but recently began to notice it wasn't cooking as hot so I figured the heating element was just getting worn out. I caught this as a limited deal to replace mine. I can't begin to tell how much quieter this one is(you almost don't hear it). Also compared to the 5.7 qt I am now returning, the quality is much better.

Excellent air fryer. We use it for everything. Our range oven has not been used since the purchase. There is one negative thing, the fryer smells like burning electronics when first plugged in. That smell has lessened over the last six months, but it still is there when plugged in.

It doesn’t smell like burning plastic like I’ve read and heard that other brands can. It’s my first air fryer and I’ve had zero issues. Love the way it cooks French fries. Cleans like a dream. Made homemade buns and they were perfect and faster than my toaster oven. Not noisy. Fits on my counter under my upper cabinets even though it’s a large unit. Finger prints on the digital display can be wiped of with a non abrasive cloth and non abrasive cleaner if needed I can tell that it could be easily permanently marked up if you use anything other than a soft cloth and the buttons you use the most can get a somewhat permanent print on them so I’d recommend wiping the area after each use. Very attractive putter material. Would recommend.
