I've been buying this product about every two or three months for some years now and while the general quality of the unit has stayed the same, the clarity of the plastic for the "clear" version is continuing to degrade from what was a nice clear plastic as shown in their pictures to a cloudy yellow as seen in the pictureI verified that I ordered "clear" and now I'm stuck with a batch of containers that don't match the rest of the ones I have on my display shelf. I don't have time to check every order that comes in for my business so the return window ran out.I don't want to take a chance on another order of clear so I'll probably see who's also offering "clear" containers.

I have bought 3 cases of these bins before. 1st time one of there product came in the box damaged. The company immediately replaced the damaged component. Then we ordered another case of the same product. This made 4 cases total. Box number was delivered but upon opening the box there was damaged to the product. I have reached out to iris to get the component replacement. Still waiting on a reply. Case 2 and 4 were damaged upon delivery.

Fantastic storage totes!!

I needed new totes and to get rid of some cardboard boxes from holiday decorations and came across these. They're perfect for the job, super durable and heavy duty plastic. The lids click on securely and the handles are under the lip of them.

They stack easily and cleanly, and the lids all fit very well. These are kept in my garage, so they should stay pretty dry, but there's no gasket around the top, so probably don't submerge them in water.

I wanted to organize my craft closet and bought these storage containers. They're roughly the size of a shoe box, so big enough to hold the little bits and pieces of craft items. The only issue I have with them is the locking clasps. They unlatch easily, so any little bump against it will make it unlatch. Or if you hold it a certain way, the clasp will unlatch and the top will come off, potentially dumping the contents if you're caught off guard. I wish they latched snugly and tightly. Also, the clasps pop off easily from the pin holes in the container's handles that the clasps snap into. So the whole clasp could fall off altogether from the box itself. Luckily, I'm not constantly accessing these boxes. If you are planning to use them a lot, move them around, take them down from shelves, or if little ones are going to use them a lot, etc., then I'd considered spending a little more for something with a tighter clasp.

The intent of ordering this product was to use them for packing up my dorm room. I needed these boxes to pack all my clothes and other things in my dorms room. When I received the boxes I took them out the box to begin packing. But when I began looking through the boxes and lids of the boxes I noticed that five out of six lids were broken plus one of the bottoms of the boxes. 1 of the lid locks fell instantly when taking the boxes out of the box as well. I saw it wasn’t broken so I picked it up and placed it back on the box. To my surprise the lid lock wouldn’t clip back onto the box. No matter how many time I placed it back or how I would place it back. It just kept falling. The clips or wtv the little things on the lid lock are called would go into the holes but not latch on properly. I had 2 weeks until having to move out but we were no longer allowed by student housing to order packages to the mail room as they were going to be returning them if we did. So what I did was I went ahead and still packed all my belongings in the boxes and used them all broken. I don’t think I’d be ordering this product again. I mean a total of 80$ for six boxes? Okay, you’d expect them to be good boxes of good quality plastic material, but nope. So much issues with six boxes all had issues. I returned the boxes without any further issues from what they had arrived with whatsoever. Got my money back, I’d recommend others to do the same.
