This was dubbed in excellent Condition, and oh my god this was perfect. At first I was scared of the packaging, but when I took the phone out and analyzed every corner....it was smooth and clean barely any to almost NO scratches on the phone. I got this as my concert phone since it has the same 10x lense that my S23 ultra has, and I'm so glad because this phone is like new. I will be replacing my S23 ultra for a Fold 5 and have this S21 for my concert recordings. The phone also came with original Samsung type c to type c wire, and a original Samsung branded super fast charging brick...I was so shocked, that made me give the full five stars. I'm glad to have purchased the phone!

Buy it from RE-CELL the third party seller. Best option to get it from them. The samsung galaxy s21 ultra 256 gb, phantom navy, factory unlocked. It came in brand spanking new condition. I was a bit nervous about refurbished product but since RE-CELL 3rd party seller had really great reviews I decided to give it a try.. I was shocked! My s21 ultra 5g came in brand new condition.. not a tiny slither, scratch or any dents on it. It was absolutely flawless!!! Most importantly.. it's factory unlocked! All I had to do was call my carrier and switch it over to my s21 ultra and it was rocking that 5G network on top of the notifications bar. Completely satisfied! I took a chance on this business and paid for an S21 Ultra. Indicating that I would receive between Oct 21 and 24th. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it today!
It was for a renewed Galaxy S10. See attached pictures. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent back an email with a FedEx label saying for a full refund please make sure to pack this shipment correctly. No apologies, no effort to fix this. I wrote back and told them I did not want to refund I wanted the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Still waiting for a reply. I'll update when it comes in.

Fri - 10.21.22 - Received an email from the seller with a First Class label to return the item. No apology, no effort to fix the issue , since it was on their end. I would hate to think they tried to defraud me, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The return label went to a individual at an apartment complex. So I am out over 600.00 until they get the returned phone back.
