I broke the LCD of my S21 Ultra, so I bought this as a replacement. It does work, but the battery life is not near as good as the device it replaced. Also, I live in a 5G area and my old S21 always had 5G, but this phone only ever gets 4G. Working, but a bit disappointed.

 It had issues from the start then completely wigged out! It was supposed to be unlocked, but it was NOT compatible with AT&T. Me being the benefit of the doubt person I am switched to T-Mobile so I could use the phone. Every so often it would pixelate and do weird stuff and would quit if you cut the screen off and back on. I was like man that's SUS! Then one day I was at work and this happened (refer to video). I was unable to get into the phone at all. I took it to a local computer shop and had them factory reset it and then it would let you start to set it up and then it would make you start all over again. So it was sent back. I'm still awaiting my refund. The item was delivered back to the seller, but I've heard nothing from the seller and nothing has shown up in my bank account! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Just be careful and look at Google reviews too instead of just the reviews on the item on Amazon. I'm hopeful they will do the right thing and refund me because $400+ is a lot of money to just not have and have nothing to show for it!

I received the phone which appeared to be in as new condition. I did spend time updating the phone via wifi and transfering all my old phone stuff only to find that the phone was not unlocked by the previous carrier. My only option was to return the phone which has to be picked up by UPS and returned to Amazon Return Center in Indianapolis.

This phone was to replace my first S21 Ultra that became a brick after updating to the latest UI 6.1, so check your sim card and update the phone to make sure it will work Your warranty is only for 90 days.
