I have purchased the large 186 serving tub twice and track workout results an supplementation, I cycle on an off firstly the product has worked well for me, fortysomething male. I notice improvement in strength, tone and stamina in my gym weights workouts when i take this product, bodyweight also goes up (water). Improved mental ability as well. It dissolves ok, sometimes it takes while to dissolve. Sometimes gives slight stomach discomfort. Flavourless. Overall is a good supplement. Slightly better than some other makes I have tried. Price has been volatile after covid, used to be cheap then very expensive now somewhere in the middle.

- Opercule proprement close (résidus de poudre m'ayant fait penser, au premier abord, à une fuite dû à un défaut d'étanchéité de l'opercule... il n'en était rien. Probablement des résidus d'usine).
- À l'ouverture, l'aspect de la poudre est extrêmement propre, de la neige vierge immaculée poudreuse...

Étant habitué au format gélule (1gr. par unité) qui me convenait très bien quotidiennement durant 2ans environ... après une pause de quelques mois, l'idée m'a pris de retenter la simple version poudre.
Et l'un de mes anciens critères que je n'appréciais pas, était la sensation de gravillons/sableux qui était présente, peu importe le liquide utilisé...
... je dois dire que sur ce produit, il est quasiment inexistant (si on cherche et qu'on chipote, on trouvera forcément), et je ne parle qu'avec de l'eau.
Avec un autre liquide (jus de pomme, ou autre pas trop acide), je pense pouvoir m'avancer à prétendre que la dilution devrait être quasi-totale (pas testé, juste de l'eau pour ma part).

Vraiment très agréablement surpris, à tous les niveaux pour un début...
