I just ordered this and have taken it for one day. It's my first time trying it. I understand there is a loading period where i must take it regularly for my muscles to reach the stage where they are saturated and it will begin to take effect and then i reduce to a regular maintainance dose.
So far all i can say it, it dissolves perfectly. It is excellent value for money with 88 doses for just over £6. I have tried it with orange juice and a watermelon BCAA drink. I could just barely notice a chemical kind of taste, not very unpleasant. I drank it down in 3 big gulps! You may want to tried the flavoured version. I would definitely say mix it with a strong pleasant tasting drink to hide the taste. I wasn't expecting any taste at all as it is unflavoured so obviously just a natural chemical kind of taste.
I will know in a month's time whether it is working once i begin my weight training. I will update this then.
