I am a 18-20 and this is perfect for what I wanted. Tummy control is great without being corset tight and uncomfortable! I am long in the body, and I do get some “overspill” around my mid section, but only visible when wearing a tighter top. I bought these to mainly wear with jeans/trousers and looser dresses. If you are looking to wear a tighter dress and are a larger size, I’d recommend for getting some which come higher up the body. If you’re just looking for a bit of extra shape and flatter tum with normal clothes then these are 100% recommended.
