I bought the Tozo golden X1 earphones after seeing a couple of glowing YouTube reviews.
Sound quality: is right up there with the best from Sony and the other big names (much cheaper than the XM4s too). The resolution is awesome with every detail being resolved clearly. Great for every genre, classical, pop, rock, electronic etc. all a pleasure to listen to. Podcasts and media streaming sounds great too. The sound is a touch bass heavy with noise cancellation, but this can be fixed by customising the EQ in the app.
Active noise cancelation: works very well. It doesn't block every sound out, but it makes a huge difference. Wind noise is basically non-existent with cancellation on. This can be customised in the app if you want more noise pass-through. I like the strongest setting.
Touch controls: are simple and intuitive. A tap on the left earphone enables pass-through mode so you can hear people talking to you and a tap on the right earphones pauses and plays media.
Comfort: is excellent. I have suffered from pressure spots from larger earphones in the past, but these are smaller and feel perfectly fine even after long listening sessions. There are many silicone tips to choose from which should suit all ears.
Charging case: has clear indicators of power level in each earphone and the case itself. It's solid and utilitarian in design and charges via USB-C. I doesn't have loads of capacity, but should easily cover most people for a day or 2 of high use or a few days of light use.
Call quality: is good, but the mic is slightly quiet. This seems to be common to almost all wireless in-ears and it's perfectly usable for me.
Tozo also has excellent customer service. I had an issue that was my fault (albeit accidental) and they pulled out all the stops to help me out. Some of the best customer service I've ever had!
Don't hesitate! If you want great sounding, noise cancelling earphones for a much lower price than the big names, get these!
