Wanted one of these for ages after many so called tangle free alternatives. Had it for 5 days now and it is brilliant. Decide where you want it, drill four holes to insert rawl plugs and screw to wall and then connect to water supply - simple. Important to read instructions on every day use, especially on pulling out hosepipe to water plants etc and retracting back to wall fitting to ensure hose rewinds correctly, ie: when you finish watering, do not just set the spring loaded return mechanism to rewind and let it go but keep hold of the hosepipe and walk with it to allow correct reloading back into storeage holder thus preventing damage to spring rewind mechanism and spray attachment! One small dislike was the spray gun supplied with it. I prefer a gun shaped attachment and ordered an 'Aqua Flow garden hosepipe spray gun' with a thumb operated water pressure control which imo gives a more comfortable hold without having to keep the normal trigger depressed. Also, so far, shows no sign of early leakage problems like many others. Time will tell but early signs are good and can therefore only recommend both products as excellent value.
