Following my initial review, I received a very helpful message from the seller, and the upshot is that they offered to replace my case without hassle or my request. I am extremely impressed by their customer service. The replacement does not suffer from the problems of the first.
It is a very sturdy case, with a couple of elastic straps to hold the battery on one side when open, and a mesh pocket on the other side where the cables sit.
The first one's zip kept popping open on one corner unless I left that corner open where the double ended zip does not quite close. This did not make the original one unusable, but it did mean I had to be careful which way I zipped the case shut.
I use it with the easyacc 12000 mAh Powerbank rechargeable battery, which is quite a hefty lump. It has thoroughly protected the battery for 18 months already.
