Your better off buying a watch for around £50, this is just as accurate as one for that price BUT for the price the problems with this are too many to mention.....for one you have to wear this half way up your arm for the blood pressure monitor to work and on top of that you have to calibrate it EVERY month with a cuff monitor so just buy the cuff monitor and be done with it I did in the end. I also did 400 steps just taking it out of the box and putting it on charge, whilst sitting on the couch! But the biggest bug bear by far is the pathetic battery life, less than 2 days! And I don't use any of the phone related gimmicks like messages, emails, phone calls or camera none of these are activated I just use it for the health monitoring side! A waste of money.
