I really like this product . It’s already set up on our iPad .
Sadly the strap snapped away from

May I get a replacement strap ?? I really don’t want to have to take the case off the iPad and return it for a replacement strap . I cannot find another way of contacting you others than this review link .
Amazon will refund me if I return . I’d rather not do that . It’s not a very environmentally friendly processes .
