Returned as it was a refurb and was in shocking condition and could not been given to mother in law as it was in a battered box written all over as grade A it was disgusting. Yes it was cheap but not cheerful and not fit for resale. Seller should be ashamed advertising this as in new condition if was not and was swiftly returned and a new better quality phone bough from a nearby phone shop. Got what we paid for which was rubbish second hand phone not fit for resale. Huge disappointment and. Waste of our time and money. Refund was sorted fairly quickly that’s the only good thing Amazon refunddd swiftly after item was returned.
