The item arrived quickly and well packed as usual for Amazon orders. Initially my daughter was very happy with it and it appeared in good working order. After about 3 months it began to fail to charge. Taking it to Apple it was soon fixed, but also evident that it had been supplied with the incorrect charger for the device, which had insufficient voltage. Easily and fairly cheaply sorted, but not what was ordered or expected. Amazon customer services were helpful to a point, but take little responsibility for third party sales on their site.
