After reading reviews about this phone it seemed a solid buy, long battery life, sleek operating system and a quality camera. All true.
Two problems I encountered with this device.
1. When holding the phone in my left hand either to make a call or to look at the screen I would inadvertently press the volume keys with my thumb.
2. When making / receiving calls on Bluetooth or Android Auto the conversation would commence with crisp clear sound for around 1 minute then gradually deteriorated until the other persons speech became so distorted it was impossible to make out what they were saying.
Ending the call and redialing would start the same process again, tried 3 different vehicles all with the same results.
On contacting Amazon customer services I spoke to an associate who transferred me to the Amazon technical team who advised me that they were going to speak to Nothing phone technical and get back to me within 24 hours, as the call never materialised I returned the phone and had a refund.
