Ipad arrived quickly but not as described. They say that there will be no cosmetic damage visible from 30cm but there was damage all over the casing. I used 1clickcrazydeals in the past and they were fine, but this time round they sent an iPad that was scuffed and had a big scrape on the anodising down to the bare metal. I think they take the screens off these things and the refurbishment is basically a battery replacement, and quality control seems hit and miss. I imagine a lot of people just settle for what they receive to avoid the hassle of returning (which was a pain in this case). Evidence of damage, albeit minor, was also around the screen area where they removed it.
Time wasted having to take and send photos to get a return authorisation, drive to the library to print the label, then to the post office, then wait for my refund. Lesson learned and I decided to just get a new one.
