Sound? Very good. Use? Takes a little while to remember where the buttons are, but nice and simple. The power on, and off takes a rather too long a press to work. A short press makes the little voice tell one the state of battery charge - which is nice. Comfort? Yes. Even long-term, on a walk/cycle. BUT - the two noise cancelling modes are different, but the more 'open' mode still doesn't allow one to hear a person talking to you, or hear a car behind you - which I think is awful. The totally noise cancelling mode is REALLY good though. Connecting to Alexa via your phone? Don't, as the headphones don't 'listen'. Just connect to your phone as normal. 360 audio app? Don't. It's useless. It took me ages to set up, and find out that it wasn't doing anything useful, and definitely not impressive. I deleted it.
