My first one started buzzing and cutting in and out after about 18mo of use but it had been dropped a fair few times. I'm happy these now come with warranty and I hope the olive green matches my skin tone! The ambient sound is my favourite feature, as a driver in a transatlantic relationship, I can be hands free to my yank whilst hearing everything going on around me. The only downside would be find my buds feature doesn't work if the case is closed.
