Phone is good and works well, no complaints on that. But the battery is crap. It drains very quickly when watching videos. I hope you like charging. If this is above 80% of new battery condition, then even new batteries would be inadequate. With this in mind the seller should reduce the price from the £213 I paid if this is standard for all phones sold. It should be under £200. The finger print sensor is also a downgrade on the Galaxy A12, which has it in a far more practical position on the side rather than the screen. I am tempted to return it but doubt they would give full money back. Will probably keep it and accept having to charge constantly for a year or two. But I will constantly feel the need to do things I shouldn't have to do in order to protect the battery. Shouldn't have to do that. They need to make it clearer how long batteries typically last. It shouldn't be difficult to do this.
