Powerful shredder and good value for money so far. I was able to use it for a few hours before it timed out for 30mins per the instructions. To ensure long use before the 30 mins time out, do not overfeed, 4-5 sheets is accurate, empty the bin regularly, take a few seconds break in-between feeding the paper/cards. Very good speed. Feeding the paper too quickly will lead to the shredder overheating and timing out. The noise is tolerable, no more than a hoover and only lasts a few seconds
