The first thing that caught my eye was the colour (orange) very unusual find. The design is amazing.I bought it to replace Sony Xperia 1 II, and no regrets. Fast response and good quality image.The only thing that isn't so good is the fingerprint, not accurate, but I can live without it.I need to correct my review regarding the fingerprint: I have deleted the thumb fingerprint and replaced it for the index finger and now is responding quite well.

I have had the phone for around 6 weeks now and I am very pleased with it, setting up was a breeze cloning all the data and apps from my old phone, it took around 20 minutes to clone over 60 GB of data. The phone feels very nice in the hand, the screen is excellent. This is quite a large phone and I personally wouldn't go any larger than this, you can still get the Honor Magic 6 Lite in your pocket but if it was any bigger you wouldn't be able to.

In my experience the battery lasts around one and a half days and not the two days claimed by Honor, but I realise that this is dependent on use and how many apps are operating in the background. At this price point the Honor Magic 6 Lite is a great phone. I bought it on Amazon with the Honor redemption offer whereby after purchase you can apply online for a HONOR Band 9 Fitness Watch and Honor Earbuds X6 With Charge Box, these devices are the latest versions and had just been released, worth £100 combined at the time, this really did make the purchase of the Honor Magic 6 Lite a bargain. When applying for the redemption you are told it can take up to 6 weeks to receive the items but mine arrived in 10 days, well done Honor!

Superficially, an attractive slim phone, in enticing colour. The "smart" bit works well. The camera functions as it should, good internet connections, sound colours. Visually a smart phone.
However, the "phone" aspect was a disaster. I could phone out, but incoming calls were irregular. Sometimes you could receive them, other times no. Plus, you didn't get a warning that you had missed a call. Not acceptable when the phone only has 2 functions, phoning out and phoning in. Incoming calls were consistently inconsistent.
We tried everything, changing SIMs, spent ages with BT tecchies.
Honor customer services were anything but. No service.
They said I could have it repaired. I replied a new phone shouldn't need repairing.
I had lost confidence in the brand and I wanted my money back - not a replacement or a repair.
Amazon Customer Services were brilliant and I received the refund via their good offices.

The honour magic 6 lite looks very stylish but I was very disappointed with the camera. The colours are ridiculously vivid and while you could probably tone this down it looks artificial. What is worse it that there is NO image stabilisation for Video. I took a short video and zoomed in and it was incredibly shaky. My 4 year old Xiaomi Poco x3 nfc produced far better results. It was supposed to replace the Poco x3 nfc but I sent it back. Very disappointed.
