Overall very pleased with the condition. The screen is flawless. Some minor marks on the back and just a few very minor marks on the edge which are covered by a case. Battery is at 86% so reasonable. Quick shipping but the packaging was rubbish as the phone was only wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap and was loose in the box.

System tells that the battery and screen are not genuine Apple parts, which was confirmed by the seller. Everything works fine though.
Sometimes screen does funny things: when you turning on the phone, on the screen you’ll see a noisy pattern before Apple logo appears. And the same thing happens occasionally when you press the side button to wake the screen.
It happened once that when I switched to camera from the Lock Screen, I heard a digital grinding noise from the speaker. Next time I call a camera it has gone and never came on again.
Any information on a battery life remains a mystery since the system doesn’t recognise the part. It seems to work well, holds the charge and charges as it should , I suppose.
Initially there was a problem with a charging port that didn’t provide a good connection to my earbuds. After I contacted the seller, we agreed to have the phone returned for observation. After some time they confirmed a problem and send me back the phone, repaired, so there’s nothing to complain about at the moment.
Speaker quality is not brilliant compared to my old iPhone 8: frequencies seems to me terribly unbalanced, I’m not sure if it’s a problem with iPhone 12 mini model in general or it has something to do with the device being refurbished.
Good value for money , and I believe it’s a great way, buying refurbished, to save ourselves from being buried in electronic waste!

Handsets are offered under the following categories: Excellent, Good, Satisfactory. After reading the description of what ‘excellent condition’ means I proceeded to pay a bit more for a I phone 13 mini in Excellent condition. When I received the handset I was a bit taken a back by the state of it! It had physical damage all around the casing, all of the paintwork had been scraped off and there were numerous dents despite stating that handsets in ‘Excellent condition’ do not have any scratches scuffs or marks to the screen, casing or anywhere on the phone that are visible from a 30cm distance. The damage on the handset received could be seen 30 miles away let alone 30cm!! I contacted the company and sent them pictures who replied with an insulting offer of £20 reimbursement. I argued that the phone received was arguably ‘good condition’ at best and asked for a refund if £53 to match the selling price on their site of a ‘good condition phone’. I didn’t even receive a response, just a generic e mail instructing me on how to return the phone to them for a refund. They wanted photos from all angles amongst numerous other time consuming things before it was sent back. They then wanted 30 days to process the refund! Obviously placing as many barriers as possible as a deterrent of proceeding with the return. As the workings of the handset were satisfactory and it was only cosmetic damage (although besides the point) I just instructed them to process the insulting £20 partial refund and kept the phone. JUST BE WARNED! HANDSET CONDITIONS ADVERTISED ARE NOT A TRUE REFLECTION OF WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE! BUYER BEWARE!! ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE HANDSET THEY WILL MAKE IT DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING TO RETURN.

Immaculate condition but there's two constant Apple warnings - screen & battery have been replaced (not Apple parts but they seem really good). I was hoping the warnings would have gone by now but are there constantly it seems. Other than that, I'm really pleased with it!
