This has always been a good product but unfortunately a medium instead of large was sent. Since they have usually been okay I unpacked without reading the label, and it was only when putting on I realised what had happened. SO my advice is don’t assume anything and check size BEFORE opening.

I've been using these pants for a few years and the quality is just as good as always or tena lady. They are close fitting and very comfortable and don't rip and are very absorbent. They also don't show under trousers or joggers . For the price and value for money I dont think theres better on the market. I have never experienced any leaks . I wouldn't buy any other make .

I’ve just had to start wearing incontinence pants recently as a precaution for IBD. I tried using Always Discreet first which were a nice size and comfortable but the price is a little out of my budget.

I decided to give these ones a go as an alternative and I have found that they’re pretty much the same quality as the above brand I mentioned. I got the Large ones, they do fit and I’m a size 18-20 depending on what I wear, and they just say fit me. If there was a larger size for a similar price I’d pay it gladly.

They’re comfortable, nice material (I have sensory issues which makes this point important to me). They don’t make sounds when you move so others don’t know you’re wearing them. I used one to run under some water to see how much it would hold just in case anyone was wondering and it did hold quite a bit of water, hope this helps someone whose considering buying these ones.

All in all, nice affordable alternative to be to the named brands and can be shipped straight to your door in discreet packaging. Would buy again, but I’d like to know if there was a bigger size to try in this brand just to test the roominess of them, but without the chance of leaking.

I think that now is a good time for me to tell my journey with these Amazon pants which started in 2021, as the big brands starting with A, D and T were either too big or always leaked.

I’ve been buying these every month, not just because these are 1/4 of the price, but for me they are the right choice, and I’d never buy the other brands again (unless Amazon chooses to not make them anymore, so please don’t do that Amazon!)

I find the plus medium fit me better than the medium.

The medium are baggy to me over the waist and leg cuffs, and that’s probably because the medium are a lot softer and are made of different materials that stretch more. I’m forever pulling them up, but you forget you’re wearing them. Rustle wise there’s literally no noise whatsoever.

The medium plus are a more rugged material (there’s not as much elasticity) but they are still soft, and fit wise they’re nice and snug over the waist and the leg cuffs. There is a little rustle, but nothing so that anyone knows you’re wearing them or even you’d notice.

They both do as they say on the tin, and I rely on these daily. They are both suitable for little or large leaks and are great for accidents overnight.

This is my own personal opinion and yours may differ

I have bowel ischemia, so there are days when washable options aren't heavy-duty enough. I previously found Tesco's at £7 for a small pack of thinner and small to be better-than-brand, and these trump them all round.
Sizing between brands doesn't correlate, but I needed a large Medium and can't always get XL up. These Large are a bit roomy with a lot of swelling, but stay up well. They're substantial enough to last 2 days at times, yet compress to be unnoticed under thin leggings. If you can find better, which I seriously doubt, they certainly won't be as keenly priced per quantity
