I have bowel ischemia, so there are days when washable options aren't heavy-duty enough. I previously found Tesco's at £7 for a small pack of thinner and small to be better-than-brand, and these trump them all round.
Sizing between brands doesn't correlate, but I needed a large Medium and can't always get XL up. These Large are a bit roomy with a lot of swelling, but stay up well. They're substantial enough to last 2 days at times, yet compress to be unnoticed under thin leggings. If you can find better, which I seriously doubt, they certainly won't be as keenly priced per quantity
