I have 4 ring cameras and I have never had a real issue with them great quality great customer service the only thing I don’t like is if it’s -25 or colder they will not work at all I had that problem last winter but other then that I would buy any day the prices are great compared to other companies like Telus I was paying over 60 bucks a month plus payments on there cameras and stuck in a contract for 2 years ring has no contracts and you just buy the cameras there so cheap that you can’t go wrong
